You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the workshop and all associated activities. We, Jodi Reeb and Gabriela Sánchez, as instructors and organizers, are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents that may occur.
2. Scope of Responsibility:
Our primary responsibility is to provide instruction in the art techniques being taught. While we provide airport pick-up, lodging, and some meals, all other aspects, including personal health and safety, are your responsibility.
3. Acknowledgment of Risk:
Art and travel activities inherently involve certain risks. By participating in this workshop, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any resulting injury or damage.
4. Insurance:
We recommend that you obtain your own travel and health insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
By attending this workshop, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you participate at your own risk, releasing both Kelly Milukas and Gabriela Sánchez from any claims or liabilities that may arise.
