This retreat provides R&F encaustic paint samples, inks, papers, and tools for experimentation, in addition to the materials you’ll need to bring. Each day includes breakfast and lunch (comida included), along with open studio time to continue working at your own pace. We’ll also visit La Aurora, a renowned art and design center, and explore local galleries. Expect a week of creativity, discovery, and deep artistic exploration in a truly magical setting.
Single occupancy available for an extra $800. This option allows you to bring your partner or guest, who will not be participating in the workshop, and share a single room without extra cost.
Rooms: Hotel rooms will be assigned by Casa de la Noche.

Exclusions: Airfare to and from Mexico not included.
Airport Details: Arrival at Leon International Airport, Guanajuato (Code: BJX) or Querétaro on November 7th, 2024 and arrive by 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
Shuttle: The journey to Casa de la Noche is approximately 90 minutes and is included but you need to notify us of your flight plans to arrange transportation.

After this date, the full workshop price will be $3,600 USD.

CANCELLATION POLICY Gabriela Sanchez Art & Milukas Studio/Imagination Collaboration LLC reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to low enrollment without incurring obligations, and deposits/payments would be returned. The workshop deposits and fees are applied as a pre-payment of tuition. All student cancellations must be made in writing. X-PLORE ZEN, WAX, COLOR in San Miguel de Allende, is a significant retreat to plan, source and acquire tools, techniques and vast materials. Cancellations received 90 days prior to the workshop start, receive a refund less a $750 cancellation fee. If you cancel after the 90 day time frame from the class, your fee is non-refundable, unless you can find another artist to fill your space. Should artists be on a waiting list, we will help you in reaching out to them. **Important Notes:** Please include your full name and workshop date in the payment reference. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining workshop balance is due May 1st 2025.
